Hi Rebecca,
I hope you're getting excited for your November getaway to the Walt Disney World Resort! With the
Epcot International Food & Wine Festival still going on and the Resort transitioning into the holiday spirit with wonderful special events like
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party starting, you're visiting at a really special
time of year!
While Express Transportation is no longer offered, there are plenty of fantastic ways to get around. You'll find complimentary transportation options to get you wherever you need to go, so feel free to sit back, relax, and let Disney do the driving! Between the iconic
monorail, numerous
buses, and peaceful
boats, it's easy peasy to leave one theme park and head to the next, and you'll always find at least one option to take you directly between any of the theme parks. Did you know that the free My Disney Experience mobile app even offers detailed directions to help you find where you're going? I'd definitely encourage you to download it if you haven't already, or of course you may always feel free to ask a helpful Cast Member for assistance.
If you're in a big hurry or just wanting a more private mode of transportation, be sure to check out the adorable
Minnie Van service. For a small fee, you may use the Lyft app to request a polka-dotted ride and a Disney Cast Member will be there shortly to whisk you away in style. Minnie Vans can accommodate up to six Guests, come equipped with two convertible car/booster seats in case you have any little Mouseketeers in your party, and can take you anywhere you'd like to go within the Walt Disney World Resort.
Thanks so much for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Rebecca, and please feel free to let us know if we can help with anything else as you're planning your trip. I hope that you have a truly magical vacation!
Missy
