Hello! I've seen conflicting info online when it comes to Cabana Rentals at Yacht Club. Do the phone lines open at 6 a.m. or 7 a.m. on day 60? Thanks in advance!

Ahoy, Nathan, and thank you for bringing this great question to planDisney! You'll be hoisting the mainsail for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation soon, and it sounds like you'll be enjoying a stay at Disney's Yacht Club Resort. Let's look at how you can secure a poolside cabana while you're there.

Resort cabanas cannot be booked online or in your My Disney Experience mobile app; guests must call the phone number listed on the Cabanas page to secure one of these luxurious retreats.

I chatted with a seafaring Cast Member named Leora, who explained that while online offerings are often available beginning at 6:00 AM EST, the phone lines typically open at 7:00 AM. So to book your cabana, set your alarm a little before 7:00 and give them a call. Anchors aweigh!

As you probably know, guests can begin booking experiences such as dining and cabanas 60 days in advance. And if you're staying at a Disney Resort Hotel, you can schedule activities for up to 10 days of your stay. Sometimes you'll find better availability later in your stay.

The cabana's stocked mini fridge will keep your crew refreshed, and the plush towels and padded lounge chairs will make you feel like you're on the first-class deck! I've enjoyed a Polar Patio at Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park, but now you've made me want to try a resort cabana!

Nathan, I hope you set a course for adventure on your upcoming vacation. And good luck snagging a coveted cabana! Please point your compass toward planDisney anytime.

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
