Hi Lexi, and welcome to planDisney. There’s no better place to celebrate a birthday than at the Happiest Place on Earth! And this is an extra festive time to visit with Disneyland’s
70th anniversary festivities underway.
Now, let’s talk about tickets for your little one. Disneyland guests ages three and up need a
theme park ticket and
theme park reservation. This means your kiddo will need a ticket for their third birthday and the following days. And since
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique’s magical makeovers are for royal guests ages three to 12, that means you’ll need to book this experience for your kiddo’s third birthday or after, and they’ll need a theme park ticket for the day of their reservation. A visit with one of the Fairy Godmother’s apprentices would be the practically perfect birthday treat!
After your Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique visit, I’d recommend heading to
Royal Hall so your little one can take pictures with a few Disney princesses after their magical makeover.
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique is a popular experience, so be sure to make an appointment as soon as booking opens, 60 days in advance.
If you’re planning to visit before your little one is three, you can still swing by Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique to purchase a dress and maybe even get a dusting of pixie dust! This can depend on how busy they are, so check with a Cast Member to see if they’re able to spread a bit of extra magic when you’re there.
And one last thing I didn’t want you to miss, since it’s one of my three-year-old nephew's favorite attractions in Disneyland Park. Over in
Toontown, you’ll find
Goofy’s How-to-Play Yard which has all kinds of spots to climb and explore. My nephew could spend all day there! It’s a great place for little ones to get some energy out.
I hope your family has the most magical birthday visit to Disneyland! And if you have any other questions, we’d love to have you back at planDisney.
