I have seen blogs saying the dining dress code has been changed on Disney Ships. Is this true? I hope not.

    Ahoy Cynthia!
Thank you for visiting the Moms Panel with your question.  You have heard correctly that Disney Cruise Line is allowing shorts in the dining rooms for all meals.  Remy (Disney Dream & Disney Fantasy only) and Palo will continue with their same dining attire so if you are looking for a "dressier" meal you can choose to dine at one or both of these exclusive Disney Cruise Line restaurants on your next sailing for a nominal per person fee.  I'm sorry you are disappointed to hear this news!  I also enjoy dressing up for dinner on our sailings because of the elegant dining experience offered on Disney Cruise Line.
Please let me know if you have any further questions, Cynthia!
    Have a magical day!
