    You seem to have the planning down! Making plans for Dec 2011. Planned for Dec 1-9 @ POP but read that's usually time for Pop Warner. Would Nov 28-Dec 6 or Dec 8-16 be better? How are crowds? First trip was May 2010. Want to experience the holiday!

    I would go with the final week that you list here, for both lighter crowd sizes, fewer hassles, and still a wonderful holiday mood!

    You should find the crowds to be a bit more manageable than the ones you are used to in May. However keep an eye on whether they offer Free Dining Plan promotions, as you will need to be sure to make more advanced dining reservations with the increased crowds.
