I secured a one person reservation for the highly sought-after Beak and Barrel this Saturday, but the problem is that I'm going to the Magic Kingdom in a party of 2. How difficult would it be to add a plus one to my single person reservation?

Ahoy, Kristian, and welcome to planDisney! Gather your crew of scallywags and prepare your vessel for an exciting voyage as you visit the Most Magical Place on Earth in just one more day! You're in for a swashbuckling adventure!

Kristian, I can't wait to visit The Beak and Barrel next month! I was so excited to grab a reservation for my travel group just last week, and we're all ready to party like a pirate before heading to Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party!

Kristian, while I know you're super excited to have secured a reservation, as you mentioned, this new lounge space is filling up faster than a sinking ship fills up with water, so there is no guarantee that you'd be able to add an additional person to your table when you arrive. My advice would be to keep checking on the My Disney Experience mobile app to see if any additional spots might open up to add your friend to your existing reservation. Because guests can cancel without penalty up to two hours before their reservation time, I've had a lot of luck grabbing popular reservations the day of, and you might uncover some treasure yourself if you just keep searching.

Another option would be to inquire when you arrive if the lounge might be able to add your additional guest. At this time, there is no advertised walk-up availability for this location, so just be prepared that if the space isn't available, you might be turned away.

Kristian, before I let you go, another space that's on my must-try list this Halloween season is Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar in Disney Springs! The space has been transformed to celebrate spooky season and even offers some fun and festive food options like the Alien Invader Sliders! It's another great place to visit for some family-friendly adventure, unique food and drink options, and festive atmosphere! Also, no reservations are required, so you can just show up!

I hope this helps, Kristian, and I hope you will be able to enjoy Beak and Barrel with your friend on your visit! I'm sending some extra pixie dust your way that there will be room for one more! If you have any other questions, you're always as welcome as can be here at planDisney! Come see us again real soon!
