My secretary misspelled a name on my tickets what do I do to correct.

    Hi Alejandro,

Welcome to planDisney! While the Mouseketeers who competed at the Scripps National Spelling Bee Finals recently at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida tried their best to avoid spelling errors, I'm happy to let you know that you won't need to worry about spelling!  You can tell the Cast Member at the ticketing gate when you arrive that there's a spelling issue, but I'm sure they'll say, "Hakuna Matata! No worries!"

When you first use your theme park ticket to enter Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park, your photo will be taken to link yourself to your ticket. At that point, your tickets will become non-transferable and no changes will be allowed. Prior to that, though, it's possible to switch Guests' names completely, so a misspelling shouldn't be an issue.

I hope this puts your mind at ease a bit and helps you get back to dreaming about all of the magic and fun you'll enjoy during your Disneyland Resort adventure! Thanks so much for coming to see us here at planDisney, Alejandro, and have a truly magical visit!
