Welcome aboard, Winna!
Congratulations on booking your second sailing with Disney Cruise Line! You must have had a really magical experience the first time around, but just wait until you enjoy this next cruise. You'll have so many new magical memories! Since it's a
Halloween on the High Seas sailing, there's even more spook-tacular fun onboard! I can't wait for my Halloween on the High Seas sailing this fall. I'm especially looking forward to the Pumpkin Tree in the atrium and our favorite Nightmare Before Christmas Sing and Scream showing of the movie and meeting with Jack and Sally afterwards! Hooray!
Disney allows guests to carry on a
limited amount of beer or wine when they first board the ship, in their carry-on luggage only, and then again in any of the ports of call. This is a change from a previous policy that allowed other amounts and other types of alcohol. You can now bring up to two unopened bottles of wine or champagne, or six 12 oz beers onboard, both at embarkation and at each port. As before, you're not allowed to consume this in public areas of the ship, just in your stateroom. Or, you may bring the bottle of wine to dinner, however there is a $25 corkage fee for bringing your own to the restaurants. But, there are plenty of fun wine, beer, and other cocktail choices to sample onboard too!
I hope that helps as you count down the days to your cruise this fall, Winna! Happy planning!
