    While searching the WDW website for our upcoming visit, I stumbled upon a service that allows someone to arrange a character telephone call prior to the trip, to specified guest's. I noted it, however, now can't find the link. Hoping you can help, thanks.

    Hi, Tracy! Disney Enchanted Calls may be just the service you are looking for to get that call.  Check out the link that I have embedded for you.  You can choose you character, your theme, arrange the time and day for the call.  To announce an upcoming trip, choose the encouragement theme.  Then, on the next page you can select "upcoming trip" from the drop-down list.  Be aware there is a nominal fee.
