    Hi! I have been searching everywhere, but I've found conflicting answers. If staying at Beach Club Villas and not using points are you able to get turndown service? Thanks!

    Hi Carling and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks so much for sending us your question about your next stay at the beautiful and well situated Disney’s Beach Club Villas.
     
    I spoke to a helpful Cast Member who informed me that evening turn down service is not a standard service at your resort. You may, however, call down to concierge during your visit to ask if the service is available for a fee. It is a standard service for club level guests and guests enjoying a visit at The Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. 

    Carling, even though you won’t be using your Disney Vacaction Club points for this stay, you will still be able to take advantage of your many DVC Membership Magic Benefits. Discounts on dining, merchandise and on relaxing services at any Senses- A Disney Spa, are all available to you during this next stay!
