How does your scooter rental work? Also, what does it cost? Thanks!

Hey there, hi there Kelly! Thanks for stopping by planDisney where you're always welcome as can be. I'd be happy to assist a fellow Mouseketeer today.

Disneyland Resort provides onsite Electric Conveyance Vehicle (ECV) and wheelchair rentals to help all Guests enjoy the theme parks and resorts. ECV's are available outside the theme parks, just east of the Disneyland Park main entrance and at the Pixar Pals parking structure. Because these rentals can't be reserved and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, I recommend arriving early if you plan to rent from one of these locations. Currently, the cost is $60 per day, plus sales tax, and this price is subject to change without notice.

To ensure an ECV is available to you when you need it, consider renting from a local, third-party vendor such as ScooterBug. Bonus: if you'll be a Guest of a Disneyland Resort Hotel, ScooterBug will work with Cast Members at Bell Services to coordinate drop off and pick-up of your scooter. Recently, I was traveling with one of my panelist pals, Wyatt G, who rented from ScooterBug. The experience was convenient, and it was great to have the mobility device in and around our resort hotel, and for traveling to the theme parks.

I hope this is helpful, Kelly, and that you have a wonderful time when you return to a land of magic next month. Thanks again for coming to see us at planDisney, and we can't wait to welcome you back home real soon.

Greetings! I'm Betsy, a middle school teacher, wife, and mom of two.
