Can a scooter be delivered to a Disney hotel without being a guest there

Welcome to planDisney, Amanda!  We are glad you stopped by with your question.

ScooterBug is the Disney Featured Provider for stroller and mobility rentals.  When renting through ScooterBug, the Guest does not need to be present for the drop-off or pick-up of the equipment.  Bell Services at your Disney Resorts Collection hotel will receive your rental and hold it until you arrive.  When departing, simply leave your equipment with Bell Services.  Type "ScooterBug" into your search engine to find their website.  If renting an Electric Conveyance Vehicle (ECV) through another agency, the Guest will need to be present for delivery and coordinate the return of the equipment with the agency.  Please note that ECVs may not be stored in hotel corridors or hallways.

ECVs are also available to rent in the theme parks and at Disney Springs on a first-come, first-served basis.  They cannot be removed from the location where they were rented.  When park hopping, simply return the ECV to the rental location and present your receipt at your destination to pick up another ECV.

Amanda, if you have any additional questions, please feel free to visit us here at planDisney anytime.  We are always happy to help.
