Welcome to planDisney, Paul!
I am so glad that you stopped by today so that I can help put your mind at ease about your upcoming travels.
Paul, just like Arendelle when Elsa gets upset, the amount that you pay for your
theme park tickets are “Frozen” in time forever. This means that if you do have to cancel your trip, while your ticket is non-refundable, the amount that you paid for your ticket is never lost. Think of it like a credit that you can apply to your new ticket. All you need to do is change the dates, either by calling or through your My Disney Experience account, and pay the difference in price.
Paul, if you think you are going to be visiting during November, I recommend that you go ahead and purchase your tickets. Once you purchase your tickets and link them to your
My Disney Experience account, you will need to make your
Disney Park Pass system reservations. Since reservations do book up, I wouldn't want you to miss out.
While Disney is making every effort to
keep Guests and Cast Members safe, only you know if you feel comfortable visiting the parks right now. When you are ready know that the magic (and your tickets) will be here waiting.
See you real soon!
