Ahoy, Lynn!
Thank you for reaching out to planDisney with your question. Having a cruise vacation on the
Disney Wish to look forward to is the best way to get through these cold January days. I can only imagine you are dreaming of a beautiful day on
Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point when it's your turn at the end of April.
Lynn, you've asked a great question about transportation from the Disney Wish down the pier to the tram at Mabrika Cove. Disney Cruise Line will be offering a first-come, first-served shuttle for
Guests who need assistance. Family members will be asked to meet you at the end of the pier. The day before the ship's arrival, you should receive a message from Guest Services with all the details, including the shuttle timing and meeting location from Guest Services. This message will be found in the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. If you do not receive the message, you can stop by Guest Services on Deck 4, midship, or give them a call from your stateroom phone. To minimize your wait for the shuttle, I recommend an early disembarkation time.
I am so excited for you to visit Lookout Cay, Lynn! If you think you'll need a beach wheelchair to navigate this gorgeous Bahamian paradise, there will be some available when you get off the tram at the Goombay Cultural Center stop. They are on a first-come, first-served basis, so the earlier the better! There are wooden walkways throughout the area, making it an easy ride. While you are enjoying your day in the sunshine, be sure to catch "RUSH! A Junkanoo Celebration!" It's a highlight of the day there with local Junkanoo performers, along with your favorite Disney pals, leading the festivities. Check the DCL Navigator app for details!
Thank you again for stopping by!
