Hi Denise! One of the reasons I love Disney World is that all of the restaurants (except for the adults-only Victoria & Albert's) welcome children. At home, we would need to hire a sitter to enjoy a nice meal in a fine restaurant, but at Disney, even the fanciest restaurants have children's menus with kid-friendly fare and provide crayons and coloring sheets!
My top five restaurants are not necessarily the finest dining experiences at Disney, but rather are the restaurants to which we return trip after trip. We like to start our vacation at the
Wolfgang Puck Cafe. My family loves the wood-fired pizzas and the sushi, and it's fun to stroll around Downtown Disney after we eat. The
California Grill in the Contemporary also has wonderful flatbread pizzas and sushi and is a great place to view the Wishes fireworks. I especially love the Sonoma Goat Cheese Ravioli! Our trips to Epcot always include a stop at the
Rose & Crown, where we love the fish and chips, the apple and stilton salad, and the super-friendly British cast members. Our other Epcot favorite is
Le Cellier. The steaks are good, but the cheese soup and pretzel bread are what keep bringing me back there time and again. Finally,
'Ohana in the Polynesian has a fun atmosphere for families and nothing says vacation to me more than a frozen tropical cocktail. The sheer volume of food the server brings to the table always makes me giggle -- you will not leave 'Ohana hungry!
