I have scheduled our first Disney Cruise on Nov. 27th, 7-day. We have a 4 year old little girl who loves all things Disney. Since we are on Magic, are there activities that we need to make sure to do? I can't always tell which ship activities are on.

Welcome aboard, Kim! Your little princess is in for so much fun aboard the Disney Magic when you set sail this fall! The Magic is actually my favorite of all four of Disney's ships!

Don't miss the Broadway-style shows in the Walt Disney Theatre. My favorite is Disney Dreams, which includes lots of princesses, so your daughter will be delighted! The shows run twice each night, so you can attend the one that is not during your dining time.

When you begin your online check-in for your cruise (75 days prior to sailing for first time guests - log on right away!), be sure to see if there are any character greetings available to pre-select tickets for. Recently, Disney began giving guests the option to pre-select tickets for a few popular character meet and greets, including the Princess Gathering, which your little princess will not want to miss. She'll get to meet four or five of her favorite Disney princesses! We have such great photos of our daughter in her Snow White dress, twirling and chatting with the princesses onboard! Besides this complimentary ticketed event, other characters and the princesses will be out all week long for meet and greets. Your Personal Navigator or the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App will list them all.

In the Youth Clubs, your daughter will love playing in Andy's Room, where she'll feel toy-sized as she climbs on Andy's bed and slides down the Slinky Dog slide! When she was younger, my daughter would be found in Pixie Hollow in the Oceaneer Club, where she would play dress up with the princess and fairy costumes and create sparkly crafts! I'm about out of room, Kim, but stop back if you have more questions before you sail!
