We are scheduled for a 1:00 check-in. Is it best to arrive when scheduled or can we come early with the hopes of boarding sooner? I've always heard it's best to get there early but I hate to make our girls wait longer if we can't board anyway. Thank you!

    Hi Jennifer!

Thanks for writing back!  With a 1:00 check-in time, I wouldn't arrive much earlier than 12:00 if you want to avoid waiting.  If you arrive around 12:00 you will have time to go through security, use the restroom and  have your first character photo op in the terminal.  After 12:00 you can also expect the terminal to be a little less crowded since boarding usually begins around 11:45 or 12:00 depending on when the ship is cleared for new Guests.  The Disney Cruise Terminal is quite spacious, and there is even an observation deck that you can take your princesses on to get an up close and personal look at the ship.  Before you know it, it will be your turn to walk through the golden Mickey ears to board the ship!

If you think of anything else, please let me know!  I'm always happy to help!

    Have a magical sailing!
