Hi Chris, and welcome to planDisney! It sounds like you have an exciting vacation planned for May, filled with delicious dining and fun adventures. I’d be happy to chat about when you can start booking these experiences, so you don’t miss out on any of your must-dos!
Guests staying at a Disney resort hotel can book
dining and
Enchanting Extras, like
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique and
Up Close with Rhinos, up to 60 days before check-in for your whole stay (up to a 10-night stay). All other guests can make these reservations starting 60 days in advance of each day.
Officially you can start booking at 6:00 a.m. Eastern Time, but sometimes reservations have dropped before or after that time. For instance, one time I was able to book Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique at midnight. So if that’s a priority, I would check at midnight, and again shortly before 6:00 a.m., just in case!
If you’re not able to book all of the dining and Enchanting Extras you want, I always recommend checking periodically in the days leading up to your trip. Other guests frequently change their plans, so I’ve had good luck snagging even hard-to-get reservations as I got closer to my vacation.
One fun experience to do after visiting Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique is enjoying a meal at
Cinderella’s Royal Table (and this is another reservation you should make as soon as your booking window opens). After your little one’s magical makeover, it’s the perfect time to meet a few Disney Princesses! Alternatively, you can stop by
Princess Fairytale Hall to meet a couple of royals.
Either way, I’d also recommend looking for the
PhotoPass photographers in front of Cinderella Castle or booking a
Capture Your Moment session for a customized 20-minute photo session. You’ll definitely want lots of pictures to commemorate this special day!
