I want to schedule Savi’s Workshop and Droid Depot back to back. Would 9:30 work for Savi’s followed by Droid Depot at 10:05?

    Janet,

    Thanks for your question!

On average the experience of building your own lightsaber at Savi's Workshop seems to take about 20 minutes, but that does not include the wait time for your building group to be called. I have had friends say it has taken them upwards of 40 minutes to an hour when you count in the wait. Since this is a wonderfully themed experience that is more than just building your saber, but also immersing you into the Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge world, it is not something to be rushed.

I would recommend that you not schedule a time at the Droid Depot until at least 10:30 am, and maybe even more like 11:00 am if you are there on a weekend or a particularly busy time of year. I think you will appreciate that with more time between the two you will get to savor all the excitement that is the world of Batuu.

A personal recommendation would be to fit in a quick meal at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo between the two experiences, if time allows. It also gives you more time to enjoy your new saber!

    Have a Magical Vacation!
