Hi Sara!
Welcome back to planDisney! It sounds like you’re already dreaming of your
Very Merrytime Bahamian cruise aboard the
Disney Wish, and I don’t blame you one bit! I sailed on this same ship and itinerary last year, and it was pure holiday magic.
When it comes to the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app, you’ll notice that the full schedule of events, including entertainment, activities, and your dining rotation, isn't available until you’re onboard and connected to the ship’s Wi-Fi. I know, it’s tough for us planners who want to map everything out in advance, but I promise the surprise adds to the excitement once you’re onboard. As soon as you’re connected to the ship’s Wi-Fi, you’ll be able to view your dining rotation, check menus, explore the daily itinerary, and even “favorite” activities so the app can send you reminders.
One thing you absolutely don’t want to miss is the Tree Lighting Ceremony in the Grand Hall on embarkation night. The moment that towering 24-foot Christmas tree comes to life is simply breathtaking! I recommend checking the app once you board for the exact time, and arriving about 20-30 minutes early to grab a great spot. After the tree is lit, Mickey and Minnie typically host a short show filled with festive carols in their holiday costumes. It’s the perfect way to kick off your magical sailing.
Wishing you a jolly holiday at sea, Sara!
