How do I schedule a Character Call for my grandkids?

    Ahoy, Bruce!
It's almost time to hear the magical words, "Welcome Aboard" when you arrive in the Grand Lobby Atrium on your Disney Cruise! The crew will be ready to spoil and pamper your family as you set sail on a wondrous voyage on the high seas!
Before it's time to say "Bon Voyage," you can schedule a call from one of your favorite Disney pals for your grandchildren. My kids always love to hear Mickey, Minnie or Goofy's voice on the other end when the phone rings at the scheduled time. To schedule a call, log in to your cruise reservation on the Disney Cruise Line website and click on "My Cruise Reservations" under the "My Disney Cruise" tab. Once you are on the "My Cruise Reservations" page, find "View Details" which will be on the right-hand side of the page under your Confirmation Number. On the following page, you will see a box with information about requesting a character call. It just takes a few clicks for a pixie-dusted call to be on the way!
Thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Bruce! If you think of any other last minute questions, please let us know!
    Have a magical day!
