    Scanned our tix into the app in case they get lost before December. The tickets say they expire 1/13/18 but the app shows 'Valid through 9/25/17'. Do they expire then or just need to be reloaded into app after that date?

    Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I'm sorry this may have caused you a little bit of panic, but I'm glad to let you know your theme park tickets are completely okay!

    Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park tickets expire 14 days after their initial use. There is a glitch in the Disneyland Mobile App that shows your tickets will expire 14 days from the day you are viewing them, as though today would be your first opportunity to use it. If you go back into your Disneyland Mobile App you'll see that the date has rolled out again and will continue to roll to show 14 days from today. You do not need to reload them and you are ready to go for your trip in December! Bonus points for your excellent planning tip to load them in ahead of time!
