    How to scan tickets Mobil

Hey there, Jesus! Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney.

I'm so glad to hear you're taking a little time to download and explore the My Disney Experience app before you arrive! This app feels a little like a magic wand, allowing you to unlock all the magic that Walt Disney World Resort has to offer. In addition to viewing park maps, accessing virtual queues, and mobile ordering food, you also have quick access to all of your tickets. I'd love to help you access them!

To view your tickets in your My Disney Experience app, tap the icon that looks like three stacked lines ≡ in the bottom right corner, then tap "Tickets and Passes." Here, you should be able to view and swipe through the tickets and see the Guests to whom they're linked (as long as your travel party is connected through your Family & Friends List). You won't use these barcodes to scan into the parks, though! You'll either tap your MagicBand or scan your Disney MagicMobile pass to scan into the parks. Since MagicBands and your Disney MagicMobile pass are both connected to your My Disney Experience account, they should automatically be able to access your tickets. If you're looking to access your Disney MagicMobile pass, open the My Disney Experience app, tap the icon that looks like three stacked lines ≡, then tap "Disney MagicMobile." You can even tap the plus sign in the upper right corner to add this pass to your Apple Wallet, if that applies to you!

If you were actually asking about how to link your tickets to your account, just head over to the Link Reservations & Purchases page. Here, you'll be able to link your tickets and assign them to the Guests in your travel party, as long as they're linked in your Family & Friends List! You can view your tickets online by logging into your account, hovering your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab, and clicking My Plans. Scroll down past My Plans, Reservations and Tickets and toggle over to "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker." Here, you'll be able to view all of your tickets and the Guests to whom they're assigned!

If you have any other questions, or if I've misunderstood your question, please write to us again. After all, you've got a friend in me!

    See ya real soon!
