its says if i purchase the dining plan, 1 table meal, 1 qs, and 1 snack, i have the no expiration date option for my park tickets, but i thought that is something extra i would need to pay for, is it a free option with this plan as the info says

Hi Cindy! Thanks for writing the panel. I'm not sure I fully understand your question, so please write back if this doesn't cover it.

The Disney Dining Plan includes one table service, one quick service meal and one snack per person per day, The plan must be purchased for your entire stay at a Disney resort, and everyone in the same resort room must be on the same plan. Your meal and snack credits are valid from when you check in until midnight on your check-out day.

Adding on the No Expiration Option to your theme park tickets is for your theme park and Water Park Fun and More tickets (if that option is purchased) only. These ticket options are available for an additional fee, and do not impact the Dining Plan. Click here to view all your theme park ticket options and the cost for each.

    Hope this helps Cindy!
