It says "each person can bring a 12x12x12 cooler on board" filled with a six pack of beer. Can we bring 6 pack of diet Coke instead?

    Hi Marlyse,

Welcome aboard planDisney! Thanks for stopping by with your excellent question.

You are just days away from setting sail on your Disney Cruise Line vacation and I'm sure you are checking off items from your packing list. You will be glad to know that yes, you can bring a 12x12x12 cooler with cans of soft drinks when you board. These will need to be among your carry-on items rather than checked baggage, so keep that in mind as you pack. I often bring a soft-sided cooler with a carrying strap to make navigating around the ship easier until our stateroom is ready, which sometimes takes a couple of hours after boarding the ship. Once in your stateroom, you can store your soft drinks in your refrigerator.

Marlyse, I like to bring a refillable tumbler along because there are complimentary sodas, iced tea, and specialty waters available on the ship! Just stop by the beverage stations on the pool deck or the casual dining locations like Cabanas or Marceline Market. For health reasons, remember to use one of the cups available at the drink stations to refill your personal cup. And while you are at it, get some soft-serve ice cream available at Eye Scream Treats or Sweet Minnie’s Ice Cream (on Disney Wish), which is also included in the cost of your cruise!

I hope this helps you as you prepare to sail away! Please let us know if you have other questions.

    Wishing you many magical memories,
    Shannon
