Hey there, hi there, ho there, Heather.
You’re as welcome as can be here at planDisney! I’m so glad you stopped by with your question today and would be more than happy to help you navigate the process of downloading your
Disney PhotoPass photos and videos from the
Disney PhotoPass website.
Hover your cursor over “My Disney Experience” at the top-right of the
Walt Disney World Resort website and select “My Photos” from the options that appear. This will navigate you to the Disney PhotoPass website, where you should see all of your Disney PhotoPass photos and videos on display. When you move your cursor over any photo on the screen, you will see a grayed out check mark show up in the top-right of the photo. Click the check mark so it turns green, then scroll to the top of the page and click the box next to “Select all visible media.” Then, click the blue “Download” box to download all of your Disney PhotoPass media.
You might also consider ordering a
Disney PhotoPass Archive USB flash drive from the Disney PhotoPass website. It will have all of the photos and videos from your trip loaded onto it, which would serve as a great backup system in case anything happens to your device. Whatever you do, remember
your photos expire 45 days from the date they were taken, so be sure to download your priceless memories before they go into the vault forever.
Heather, I hope this information proves useful. Don’t hesitate to stop by again if there’s anything else we can do. Have a magical day!
Think happy thoughts,
Alyssa
