    Say we ck in on Mon. @ 8am, but we're not suppose to until 3pm, I know we can go to the parks, but when do our meals on the dining plan start?

    Hi Joy!

    You do not need to wait until 3pm to check in. Simply check-in as soon as you arrive at your resort. At that time, you will be given your Key to the World card which will have your room key, dining credits, park tickets, and charging options (if you choose to take advantage of those). Your meal credits will be available immediately after completing the check-in process.

    However, your room may not be ready until 3pm. If it isn't ready, you can leave a phone number to be contacted at when it is available and/or you will receive a special phone number to call to find out the status of your room (and the room number).
