    Hello, i saw that yesterday (09/06) Disney Springs reached capacity. I am worried that when we go at thanksgiving this will be an issue b/c of reduced park hours. i am planning an ADR for DS after our AK day (sun). will they allow us into DS with an ADR?

    Welcome back to planDisney!  I am so excited to hear that you are returning to the magic during the holidays.  It is my favorite time to visit!  Although celebrating this joyous season may look a little different this year, I have no doubt that you will still make many magical memories!

    Dinner at Disney Springs sounds like a great way to end the day after a visit to the parks.  With the safety measures in place during this phased reopening, once Disney Springs has reached capacity and the parking lots have closed, additional Guests will not be allowed to enter.  This includes Guests that may have dining reservations.  If you are unable to make your dining reservation due to Disney Springs reaching capacity, you will not be charged the dining guarantee fee.

    I'd hate for you to miss dinner if Disney Springs is at capacity!  Consider having a couple of resort restaurants in mind as a backup plan in the event you arrive and are unable to make your dining reservation.  Use your My Disney Experience mobile app to quickly move to plan B and make a new reservation at a moment's notice!
