I saw that someone wrote in to the moms panel that due to their booking they received $200 on a Disney giftcard. How did they do that? They were asking if they are able to use the giftcard to pay the balance of their room and tips for their meals

Hi, Melanie! I don't know how that particular Guest earned his or her Disney gift card, but it is my guess that they were given an incentive to book their vacation through a travel agent. Some travel agents will offer Disney gift cards as a way to encourage customers to use their services.  I have done this in the past to receive the bonus, but Walt Disney World makes it so easy that I generally take care of making our reservations myself.  Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
