Welcome to planDisney, Diane. It's always a great pleasure to speak with a Guest who has an upcoming stay at a
Disney Resort hotel.
Like most things in life, grocery delivery policies at Walt Disney World Resort hotels are subject to change. At the moment, if your delivery vendor requires age or ID verification, Guests are required to meet and accept delivery directly from the vendor. Disney Resort hotels will not accept delivery of such orders on behalf of any Guest. That said, for grocery deliveries that don't require age identification, you can either select Bell Services to deliver your items to your room (for a $6 fee per grocery delivery), or you may pick up these deliveries from Bell Services at no charge. You may like to know that Bell Services kindly refrigerate necessary goods.
Personally, I prefer grabbing the essentials from the shop at the Disney Resort hotel, especially as my main focus is eating in the Parks! Alcoholic beverages are available at shops like
Conch Flats General Store in
Disney's Old Key West Resort. Diane, thank you again for stopping by planDisney today. I would love to help with any other Walt Disney World questions!
Have a magical day, Louise.
