I saw a picture of a vending cart with bottled water and soda for $2.00. I also saw bottle strap or bottle topper for $3.75. I know what a bottle strap is, but what the heck is a bottle topper? A bottle cap with Mickey Ears maybe? Just curious :)

You got it. A bottle topper is a plastic character figurine that would go onto the top of a beverage bottle. There have been different versions of these over the years. Sometimes the toppers are just decorative and other times there is a place to thread a straw so that the character is "holding" the straw for you. I have seen some that go on top of the bottle's cap and others that replace the bottle's cap. I haven't purchased one lately so I don't know which version is currently being sold in the parks.

For those of you not in the know about the bottle straps ... These look a bit like the pin lanyards only with softer fabric. They have an adjustable loop at the end into which you can put the neck of a water or soda bottle. You tighten the loop and then the bottle is attached to the strap. You can wear this around your neck so that the bottle is now like a necklace and your hands are free -- so you can hold on for dear life on Space Mountain ;-)
