Ahoy, Jeanne! Thanks so much for sailing by planDisney with your great question.
You’re definitely not alone! Those toiletries are loved by many Disney fans, as a way to help relive those magical memories. For many years, Disney Cruise Line and Walt Disney World used bath products from the H2O+ line, which guests absolutely loved for that fresh, “vacation” scent. When H2O+ ceased operations in 2022, Disney actually acquired the formula rights so they could keep offering those same beloved Sea Salt and Sea Marine fragrances.
Even though you can’t purchase the original H2O+ products anymore, Disney has rebranded them with their own private label and still provides those familiar scents in your stateroom onboard. Unfortunately, they’re no longer sold online or in the ships' gift shops. I was just sailing on the Disney Destiny this week and confirmed they weren’t available for purchase onboard. You might spot some leftover bottles on online resale marketplaces, but availability is pretty limited.
One spa favorite I can recommend, though, is Elemis. These products are used in the showers at
Senses Spa, and the good news is that Elemis products are available for purchase directly from their website. I use them at home sometimes when I’m missing that luxurious spa feeling, and I’m definitely missing the Rainforest Room right now!
And honestly, Jeanne, the very best cure for those post-cruise blues is booking your next Disney Cruise! If you do sail again, be sure to ask about placing a placeholder deposit (you can do it while still onboard through your
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app). It comes with a small discount on a future cruise and gives you something wonderful to look forward to (and more chances to enjoy those amazing bath products)!
Sea ya real soon,
Eean
