Hi! I saw the Memory Maker One Day option on my iPad last week, and when I went to try to purchase it for my trip from 5 weeks ago, I don't see it listed any more! How do I get that option back? I really want to get my pictures for that day. Thanks!

    Hi Sunita!

Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. The latest update of the My Disney Experience mobile app has relocated some things you may be used to, but they are still there!

PhotoPass images will expire from your My Disney Experience account 45 days after they are taken. If you are within that 45 day window and you can still see your images you'll just need to do the following:

    1. Login to your My Disney Experience app from your iPad or cell phone.
    2. The app will load to a map of the property with a small circle on the bottom with a characters image, click on this circle and a menu will load from the bottom.
    3. Scroll down to the My Photos section and click on the image there, this will bring you to a list view of all your PhotoPass images.
    4. Click on one of the images from the specific day you'd like to purchase.
    5. When the photo loads, you should see a link at the bottom that says Buy My Photos. This will take you to the menu to purchase this single day of images!
If it is outside of the 45 day window, your photos have expired from you account and will not populate in the My Photos area. If this is the case you may be able to purchase an expiration extension to get your photos back on the Disney PhotoPass website

Please let us know if you have any other questions!
