    Hi. I just saw the May the 4th Be With You blog entry. We are in WDW but leave on the 2nd. Will I be able to get merchandise for the 4th event this week, or via internet? My husband's a Star Wars fan and his birthday is May 4th so its perfect. Thanks.

    I'm excited about the "May the Fourth Be With You" Star Wars Day! 

    This event will take place at Disney's Hollywood Studios on May 4th and will offer Star Wars entertainment, characters, merchandise, dance party and special fireworks show.

    While the majority of the specially themed merchandise will be available on the date of the event, you will most likely be able to find some of the items prior to the event.

    Some of the merchandise is due to sell out quickly and will only be offered for a limited time, so it will most likely only be made available on the fourth and may not be available online. Some Disney Parks merchandise is available online, but not all. I know that there have been several items in the past that I've seen at the resorts or parks and then I kick myself for not buying it at the time because I can't find it online or anywhere afterwards!

    I hope you are able to find the May the Fourth Be With You Star Wars gear for your hubby! Sounds like he will really love it!
