A day without ice cream sounds
un-cone-stitutional, William! Allow me to give you the
inside scoop on a few of the most exciting ice cream treats at
Walt Disney World Resort!
If you need a moment to
chill out and grab a few delectable ice cream sundaes,
Beaches & Cream Soda Shop is the place to be! This ice cream parlor is located at Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Resorts and for my family, is a must-do for every trip! The Beaches & Cream Soda Shop
Kitchen Sink sundae that was featured on the
Disney Parks Blog is one of the
coolest dining experiences I’ve ever had the pleasure of devouring. William, I must warn you: this dessert is a tad different from the Mini Mickey Sink that’s similar to the one called The Kitchen Sink at
Clarabelle’s Hand-Scooped Ice Cream at Disney California Adventure Park. You see, the one featured on the Disney Parks Blog is a gargantuan ice cream sundae fit to feed six adults. I know this because I last went with 4 adults and we hardly made a dent in it. I look at The Kitchen Sink as an adventure; with 8 scoops of different flavors of ice cream, an angel food cupcake, along with a cinnamon spice cupcake, add a few cookies, and several, and I do mean several, toppings will have you screaming for ice cream. If you don’t play
flavorites, this would be the way to go because it has them all! We love it a
waffle lot, and it is an experience you’ll never forget! If you’re intrigued, William, and I hope you are, be sure to make your
reservation because Beaches & Cream Soda Shop is a popular spot!
If you’re looking for the Mini Mickey Sink sundae with the most adorable Mickey Mouse pants souvenir bowl, just head over to Beaches & Cream Soda Shop To Go window, where you can grab it and enjoy the views of my favorite pool at the Walt Disney World Resort,
Stormalong Bay. Outdoor seating is available, and you won’t need a reservation. The souvenir bowl alone is worth
melting for.
William, I know your trip to Walt Disney World is
mint to be an absolute delight!
