Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks for stopping by with your question.

It’s great to speak with a fellow Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passholder! We totally get one another: our love for all the amazing benefits that come with being an Annual Passholder like discounts on select dining and merchandise. Let's not forget my personal favorite, discounts on select Walt Disney World Resort hotels! Best of all, we don’t have to worry about the clock striking midnight; we get to enjoy the ball all year long!

I called and spoke with a wonderful Cast Member and was informed there is a package for Guests who had reservations cancelled due to closures. This offer is not available to be booked or modified online. Rather, you will have to call the Cast Members over at Reservations at 407-939-4251 and they’ll be happy to give you all the information you need. Reservation specialists are available from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Eastern Time, seven days a week. The new offer is available most nights from June 1st, 2020 through September 30, 2020 when you book by May 31, 2020.
