I saw this on info on very, merry christmas party, "Please note: separate theme park admission is required for this special event." Will going to the party use 1 day of my theme park base ticket package?

Hi, Tonya! You wouldn't believe the magical transformation that takes place at the Magic Kingdom theme park as Walt Disney World ushers in the holiday season. It truly is the most wonderful time of the year.

Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is what we like to call a hard ticket event. That means that you won't use one of your regular theme park tickets to get into the party - you'll need to buy a separate, special ticket for the event. Tickets are available now, both online and by calling 407-939-7679

Our family likes to use party day as a day of rest. We hang out by the pool, or we do some shopping at Disney Springs. It's a great place to pick up matching holiday hats or t-shirts to wear to the party. Then we plan to hit the party until midnight. Lines for attractions are generally shorter, so you can fit more fun into fewer hours, and the holiday special shows, parade, and fireworks are filled with holiday spirit.

    Wishing you a wonderful vacation!
