Hi David!

Thanks for writing back. Disney Cruise Line does participate in the Cellular at Sea program. Since you will be sailing the Alaskan itinerary you may be able to use your cell phone in port. My advice is to contact your service provider directly and speak with them about your plans to be out of your normal calling area. They should be able to explain any additional rates that may apply. You wouldn't want any unexpected fees when you return from your magical voyage!
