Welcome to planDisney, Tomomi!
Thanks for swinging by with your Disney World vacation planning question! First, just let me mention that I think
Disney All-Star Sports Resort is an excellent choice. My son and I recently stayed there for the first time, and we loved it! It's got larger-than-life theming, beautiful grounds, and a convenient
"End Zone" food court that stayed open late... for those must-have, late night Mickey ice cream bars! I do hope your plans to stay here work out, but in case you need to cancel let's look at the current
2025 Disney resort cancellation policy (prices subject to change).
You are correct, that if you reserve All-Star Sports with an arrival date of 2/21... you would have until 1/22 (30 days before) to cancel and receive a full refund. For cancellations made 2 days to 29 days prior to guest arrival - so up until 2/19 in this case - your amount paid minus a cancellation fee of $200.00 per package will be refunded (also minus any cancellation fees assessed by third party hotels or other suppliers, if that applies to you), In cases of cancellations made 1 day or less prior to guest arrival, the full price of the package is non-refundable.
Sending pixie dust your way so that your Disney World plans work out for you next month! If you do end up staying at All-Star Sports... I highly recommend purchasing a resort-refillable mug the moment you arrive. We used these for drink refills at the handy drink station so many times during our visit. We definitely got our money's worth, and it makes a fun souvenir.
I hope this answers your question, Tomomi. Please swing by and
ask me any Disney planning questions you may have. I love helping make vacations as special as possible!
Magic awaits,
Tami
