I saw the advice on the cancellation policy for 2011- less than 45 days would incur a fee of $200. What if we just needed to change dates? Could we transfer our reservations to another available time and pay any difference in cost?

    Hi Kristi!

For Disney resort packages, I've always found that Cast Members are able to adjust the dates or even increase the length of stay without accruing a penalty. This is particularly true if your package price increases (ie going at a different time of year, upgrade in type of room, or increasing your length of stay). In cases where the package price drops (ie. decreasing the number of days you are staying), there may be a fee charged.

My best advice is to give Disney reservations a call at 407-939-7675 and discuss your situation with them. They will have the most up-to-date information to give you!

Hope this helps and you're able to adjust your dates as needed!
