Savi's and Oga's aren't showing up to reserve for May the 4th? Is the First Order jamming my signal? Please help.

Bright Suns, Aaron! I received the transmission your droid sent us. Thank the maker!

It sounds like you're making plans to travel to a galaxy far, far away and spend a special day on Planet Batuu in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. May the Fourth – I mean, Force – be with you! I'm sorry that you haven't been able to reserve a seat at Oga's Cantina or Savi's Workshop - Handbuilt Lightsabers quite yet. It certainly sounds like the First Order has been involved! We can't let the dark side win, so let's see if we can take a few steps to set your starship back on the right course:
    • Make sure that you're using one of the recommended browsers. Personally, I have the best experience when using Google Chrome.
    • Continue to refresh the pages for Oga's Cantina and Savi's Workshop - Handbuilt Lightsabers throughout the day. Sometimes these experiences don't open up exactly at 6 AM, so it's worth checking back!
    • With May the 4th being a very special date, there's a chance that these reservations are already booked up. But never fear! As Guests' plans can often shift and change, there's still a chance that you'll be able to make these reservations as your date gets closer. I'd suggest keeping these tabs open and checking back a few times a day leading up to your trip. You can also do an online search for a Disney reservation finder, if that's something that you may find helpful.
    • Be sure that you've made your theme park reservations for Disney's Hollywood Studios for this date! Making your theme park reservations with the Disney Park Pass system is an important step to reserve the parks you'd like to visit on each day of your trip.
I'm hoping you're able to snag some of these reservations soon, Aaron! However, it's also a good idea to keep a few more plans up your sleeve, just in case. If you aren't able to make it into Oga's Cantina, you can't go wrong with testing out the blue and green milk at the Milk Stand. Fuel up before your next adventure by ordering a Ronto Morning Wrap from Ronto Roasters for breakfast, then head over to Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo for lunch. Even better – place a mobile order through your My Disney Experience app for your food and snacks so they're ready in 12 parsecs (approximately). It's easier than a Jedi mind trick! And if you're looking to build a lightsaber on more of a smuggler's budget, head over to Tatooine Traders – no reservations needed.

If you have any other questions, please visit us again. And may the Force be with you!

May the stars light your way!
