Lisa, welcome aboard! I'm so excited to hear that you are planning for a Disney Cruise Line vacation in the Mediterranean in the summer of 2016. It's a great idea to plan ahead now, because not only will it provide you with plenty of months to save for the trip, but once the new itineraries are released, you'll be able to book right away and get a better rate and your favorite stateroom!
Though I don't have any specific details on when the 2016 itineraries will be released, I can guess that the first part of the 2016 winter and spring itineraries may be released this fall. In the past, Disney Cruise Line has released the first part of the year, through spring, around that time. The 2015 summer itineraries were released this year in the spring, so perhaps in the spring of next year you'll see the 2016 summer itineraries released.
For now, you can play around with the options for Mediterranean cruises on the
"Find A Cruise" page of Disney Cruise Line's website. This will give you a good idea of costs to budget for so that you can plan to book as soon as the new itineraries are released.
