We have saved up A LOT of Disney Reward Dollars for this upcoming trip and want to use them to the fullest. How can I use them to pay for a photo package? Can they be use for gratuities? Is there a anything that cannot be purchased using them?

    Welcome aboard, Hilton!

Congratulations on saving up so many Disney Reward Dollars by using your Disney Rewards Visa Card! I use my Disney Rewards Visa Card all the time to earn rewards for our Disney trips. Most of the time we spend them during our Disney Cruise Line voyages.

Before you sail, you'll want to be sure to order the rewards card that allows you to spend the points. The Disney Visa Card website will walk you through redeeming those points to a rewards card that you can take on the trip with you. Then, once you're onboard, just bring that card to Guest Services where they can add the dollars as a credit to your stateroom account. Then, using your Key To The World Card, which is your charge card and room key onboard, you'll be able to charge any extras like specialty drinks, souvenirs, photo packages purchased onboard, or other purchases to your stateroom account, and the credit will be used. Similarly, if you have credit left on your stateroom account at the end of the voyage, the gratuities can be paid from that, or any Port Adventures.

It couldn't be easier, Hilton! So, if you haven't done so already, redeem those points onto a rewards card because it does take a week or so to receive it in the mail, and then you'll be all set to use them onboard next month!

    Have a great cruise!
