Can save 3000 by going on Wonder out of Miami vs Fantasy for spring break 2013. We have a 7 year old girl and 4 year old boy. This is our first Disney Cruise. Itinierary doesn't matter to us. Any pros and cons would be very appreciated.

    Ahoy David!
Welcome to the Moms Panel! I also have a daughter and son three years apart as well, and we sailed on the Disney Magic, the Wonder's sister ship, when they were seven & four.  These ages are perfect to experience the incredible youth spaces onboard, the splashtacular recreation, and phenomenal entertainment.  Across the fleet, the Disney difference is what sets this cruise line apart so no matter which vessel you choose, a magical voyage is in your future.  Both ships have the classic design, but with the Fantasy you will see an expanded deck plan and more innovative technology.  The Wonder is smaller in size, but still offers plenty of amazing onboard experiences for your crew.
Since three thousand dollars is such a huge price difference, I recommend booking the Wonder for your first sailing. Once you are onboard, I do advise you to book your next cruise with the Future Cruise Sales desk to receive a discount, a reduced deposit and shipboard credit on your next sailing.  With four ships in the fleet, you will have many choices of home ports and itineraries at a discounted fare!
I hope my answer helps with your decision, David.  I'm so excited for you to experience the power of the pixie dust while cruising the high seas with Captain Mickey!  It is truly an unparalleled cruise vacation!  Please let me know if you have any other questions!  I'm always happy to help!
Have a magical day and happy planning!
