On Saturday, April 6, 2019 my granddaughter will be in a Run Disney race scheduled for 10:30-11:30 AM at ESPN WWOS at WDW. Is there bus transportation from there to the Magic Kingdom on any regular schedule?

Hi, Bonnie! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

My little one participated in her first runDisney Kids Race at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex a couple of years ago, and she absolutely loved it! I'm sure your granddaughter will have an awesome time during the Star Wars Rival Run Weekend Kids Race, too.

Since the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo will run from 9:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 6, you should find bus transportation from your official Walt Disney World Resort hotel (including Shades of Green and the Swan and Dolphin Resorts) from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. and from the Expo back to the Resort from 9:30 a.m. until 4 p.m. Since times are subject to change, though, you'll want to check with your hotel's concierge to verify the schedule once you arrive. While there won't be a bus directly from the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex to the Theme Parks, you should be able to take a bus back to your Walt Disney World Resort hotel and then from your hotel to Magic Kingdom Park.

One other option to explore could be the Minnie Van Service. With direct access to and from any location on Walt Disney World Resort property, this Service works with the Lyft app, allowing you to use your smartphone to request a ride and pay for it using the app. Prices for the Minnie Van Service vary based on the distance traveled, but you'll see your total cost displayed in the Lyft app before you finish your request. (And, yes, they do offer car seats for little ones!)

Enjoy your runDisney weekend, Bonnie, and best of luck to your granddaughter during her race.
