Hi there, Michael, and thank you for this great question about your upcoming
Walt Disney World Resort vacation! planDisney panelists love to talk about food, so let's make sure our napkins are in our laps and our phones are put away; we don't want to make the cousins at
50's Prime Time Café mad!
Guess what? I AM going to
Disney Jollywood Nights for the first time this year, and I'm so excited! I know my party ticket lets me enter Disney's Hollywood Studios as early as 5:30 PM, and the
calendar shows the park closes to regular guests at 7:00 PM on listed party nights. Maybe we'll see each other passing in the night!
Guests can make dining reservations up to
60 days before their arrival, and if you're staying at a Disney Resort Hotel, you can book meals for the duration of your stay (up to 10 days). Since I'm in that window now, I checked the café's availability and see that reservations are available until 7:00 PM for regular dining.
The
Fantasmic! Dining Packages are either sold out or unavailable on November 14, likely because there is only one Fantasmic! showing on Jollywood Nights. The nighttime spectacular is typically held at 6:30 PM on holiday party evenings so all guests can enjoy the show.
I know that's not the news you were hoping for, but you can still grab a delicious meal at Prime Time and then head to the amphitheater to catch Fantasmic! You can find a seat up to 90 minutes before showtime, so I'd suggest having lunch at Prime Time to secure your show spot early.
You can also call the dining line for more details about package availability. You can find their number
on this page, and those Cast Members will have the most up-to-date information for all your dining needs!
One of my favorite memories was when Cousin Joe at the café sang the opening bars of "Circle of Life" using nonsense words; I've never laughed so hard in my life! You never know what's going to happen there, so have your camera ready!
Michael, I hope you're able to have a delicious meal and help Mickey ward off his nightmares. Please
stop by planDisney anytime...and please keep those elbows off the table!
Magic awaits,
Elaine
