    I have salute to military tickets and I'm trying to link the 17 digit Ticket IDs to our account so that we can make theme park reservations, but they're telling me they're invalid.

    Welcome to planDisney! We're so happy that you came to us with your question. First off, I'd like to give you a sincere thank you for your service to our country! I'm glad that Disney has offered these specially discounted tickets to you and your family members as a way of thanking you as well. Although I'm not sure what your specific situation is, I've had issues with linking tickets before and the most common mistake I've made is that I'm simply entering the wrong string of numbers. It is really important that you secure your reservations, however, so here are a few ideas.

    If you are able to download the Disneyland Mobile App, you may link your tickets with your smartphone within the App. I find this much easier because you can use your phone's camera to simply scan the barcode to avoid entering a complicated string of numbers manually. If you or someone you know has access to the main Disneyland website, you may also link your tickets there under "My Disneyland." If you click on the option to "Link Tickets," you will see some sample tickets indicating where the ID numbers are located. If you still are unable to link your tickets, then I would recommend contacting Ticket Guest Services to have a Cast Member help you out. You might want to also check to make sure that your tickets are not already linked, as that will cause the numbers to be invalid as well. 

    When you do visit the Parks, try to attend the daily Flag Retreat Ceremony held every afternoon at Disneyland Park's Town Square. It is a moving and respectful tradition honoring America and each of the military branches. Also, the entire Disneyland Resort is enjoying the Disney100 Celebration, which will be going on all year. You might even be lucky enough to see the beginning of the Halloween Season at the Happiest Place on Earth around that time!
