Hello! We are sailing on the Treasure this coming January. We have cabin 8624 and we need two 120 volt plug in for CPAP machines we have ( one on each side of the bed) Does this cabin have these?

    Welcome aboard planDisney, Richard!

It sounds like you’re counting down the days to your magical adventure on the beautiful Disney Treasure! Your Deluxe Family Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah will be the perfect home base for your Eastern Caribbean cruise. I can already picture you enjoying your morning coffee on the verandah while taking in the turquoise waters of the islands...pure bliss!

Thanks for your great question about CPAP machines. I confirmed with Disney Cruise Line that the Disney Treasure does have 110V outlets located next to each side of the bed, which is great news for your setup! These U.S.-style outlets are compatible with most CPAP machines, so no power converter is needed. Just a quick note on voltage: Although Disney Cruise Line outlets are labeled as 110V, they’re well within the standard U.S. voltage range (typically 110–120V), so they’ll safely support CPAP machines that are marked for 120V use.

Since you’ll be using two machines, I still recommend completing Disney Cruise Line’s Special Services Request Form at least 30 days before your sailing. You can access it through your reservation on the DCL website or by emailing: specialservices@disneycruise.com. On the form, you can request:
        •    Use of your CPAP machines
        •    Complimentary distilled water
        •    An extension cord, if needed (provided by DCL)

Please note that your devices may need to be inspected by the Chief Electrical Engineer during boarding, just as a safety precaution.

    A few more helpful tips:
        •    Hand-carry your CPAP machines rather than packing them in checked luggage.
        •    Label each one with your name, contact info, and your stateroom number.
        •    While the outlets near the bed are 110V, there are also 220V European-style outlets near the vanity if needed.
        •    Most CPAP machines are dual-voltage, but it’s always a good idea to confirm yours is compatible with 110V/60Hz power.
        •    Some guests choose to bring a CPAP battery pack as backup, though the ship’s power supply is very reliable.

I hope this helps you feel fully prepared, Richard! If any more questions come up before your sailing, we’re always here for you at planDisney.

Wishing you smooth sailing and restful nights at sea,
    Eean
