    We are sailing in May on the Magic 8 night cruise from Galveston. Any idea on the dining rotation schedule? We have reserved our departure bus to WDW day, do I need to reserve the return bus or just get on one when we are ready to leave?

    I love that you are taking advantage of having a piece of Disney in your home state of Texas!  The eight-night sailing is a fantastic choice since you have the unique opportunity to visit the Walt Disney World Resort in the middle of your cruise vacation!  My family experienced an eight-night sailing this past summer with a stop in the most magical place on earth, and it was definitely one of the highlights of our voyage!
    Although scheduling is always subject to change, here is what you can expect for your nightly dining rotation-Day One-Cruise Casual, Day Two-Formal, Day Three-Cruise Casual, Day Four-Cruise Casual, Day Five-Cruise Casual, Day Six-Cruise Casual or Pirate Attire, Day Seven-Semi-Formal, and Day Eight-Cruise Casual. 
    As far as transportation goes, you do not need to reserve your departure bus.  When you are ready, you can leave any four of the theme parks to head back to the Disney Magic in Port Canaveral.  You will exit the park, head to where the Disney transportation buses are parked and look for the Disney Cruise Line signs.  Follow those signs to find a cast member ready to scan your Key to the World card as you board the comfortable motor coach for your ride back the ship.  It was a very easy transition, and we were back to the Magic in no time at all!
