    We are sailing on the Magic Mediterranean on 6/8, we've selected the main seating for dinner, we don't like to eat past 7:00 but some of the excursions we r planning on doing take from 6-11 hrs, will we have time to make it to the main seating? Txs moms!

    Welcome aboard, Teresa! Congratulations on your upcoming Disney Cruise Line adventure in the Mediterranean! You are in for a very magical time!

    I understand about wanting to keep that early seating for dinner. We always go back and forth ourselves, about which seating to choose as there are certainly advantages to each. I have not sailed in the Mediterranean yet, but I chatted with my fellow Disney Cruise Line Mom, Nancy, about this, as she was lucky enough to preview the exciting Mediterranean Port Adventures last summer. She suggested that you keep your Main Dining seating since you enjoy eating early, but know that you may miss it if you are off on an exciting all day adventure.

    If that's the case, though, keep in mind that there are many other food options on the Magic. If you come back late from an adventure, stop up to Topsider's buffet for a casual meal or grab a bite at one of the quick service spots by the pools. Another option is to order from the complimentary room service menu and enjoy a relaxing meal in your stateroom as you get ready for the night's activities. With seven magical nights on the ship, you'll still be able to experience the fun in the main dining restaurants, and enjoy casual meals on those evenings when you're running late from a Port Adventure.
